These terms and conditions are applicable at the time of availing any service and/or support. Please note that these Warranty Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without prior notice to customers. Any product not covered under the specified terms will be considered outside the scope of warranty, and as such, service and support will be provided on a chargeable basis.
It is important to highlight that customers are not permitted to assign or transfer any contracts or rights and obligations under these terms, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of DUX. Any unauthorized assignment will be considered null and void in relation
to DUX. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all parties involved.

Warranty Coverage:
Dux products come with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects or non-functioning of features as claimed on our official website. The warranty period starts from the date of invoice delivered to the customer. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products not approved by DUX. Damage or inoperability caused by repair work performed by the end user or any unauthorized repair center. Products that have the serial number, identification label or safety label has been removed, defaced or altered. Any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
DAMAGE: This warranty does not cover any physical and/or electrical damage resulting from, but not limited to:
• Accident/neglect
• Misuse
• Abuse
• Malicious destruction
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Acts of nature
• The temporary or permanent affixing of any items supplied or not supplied by the
manufacturer with any adhesive, fastener or the like.
• Overcharging, use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not
recommended by the manufacturer.
• Any physical defect or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment caused not furnished or approved by DUX.
Replacement:
• Replacement is permitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Refunds are not allowed.
• In the event of receiving a physically damaged or defective product, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product at contact@duxlifestyle.com and provide pictures of the product along with an unboxing video.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a (good) product return.
• Only official website purchases are eligible for replacements.
• Voucher codes once redeemed are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Replacement will only be provided if the product is in its original packaging, intact
condition, and with all accessories.
Service and Logistics:
• Customers must raise a query at contact@duxlifestyle.com to claim warranty benefits.
• Dux offers door pick-up service based on pin code serviceability by our logistics partner.
• For the first-time product-related complaint, Dux arranges pick-up at no cost. After the first instance, nominal shipping charges apply.
• In case of replacement or refund, the product in its original packaging with all accessories will be picked up.
• If the pin code is not serviceable for pick-up, customers must send the product to our
service center. The address will be provided via email upon request.
Additional Terms:
• Accessories are not covered under warranty.
• Dux reserves the right to decide between replacement or repair, depending on the issue.
• Proof of purchase/invoice is required for warranty claims.
• Dux may use rebuilt, reconditioned, or refurbished parts when servicing a defective product.
• Replacement or repair services do not extend the original warranty.
